Premier Medical Review takes great pride in the handling of each client's request. Our procedures include the following:

File Review - All referrals will be reviewed for proper exam type.

Prompt Scheduling - Appointments will be scheduled approximately two weeks from the receipt of the referral, or sooner if requested by the client.

Notification - All appointment letters will be sent regular and certified mail to both the claimant and/or legal representative. Copies of these letters will also be sent to our client for proper documentation of the file either by fax, e-mail, or hand delivered.

Status - We will provide immediate electronic notification of case status.

Narrative Reports - Narratives will be dictated, reviewed and signed by the physician on his/her own letterhead.

Quality Assurance - Premier's medical staff will review the reports with our licensed adjusters to assure that all client questions have been properly addressed.

Turn around Time - The reviewed and signed reports will be in your possession within 5 to 7 working days from the date of the examination.
